@@MoStaxxProductionsThere is a difference between "leasing from a company/carrier" and "leasing onto a company/carrier." -Leasing FROM a carrier(generally lease/purchase programs) means: the truck is owned by the carrier and they are leasing it to you to drive for them while you take on the risk of maintenance and repairs. If you leave that carrier you can't keep the truck. -Leasing ONTO a carrier means: You are the owner of the truck or have a lease/payment agreement through a third party, and you are leasing the tractor, and your services as an O/O to the carrier to run under their authority. If you leave that company you take the truck with you.

I think I have the worst of the worst lease agreements. Imagine I worked 4,292 miles a week sometime over 5,000 miles. And I got paid $392 from over $7,000 growth. $950 truck fee, dispatch fee $1,250, insurance $500, mileage $480, fuel $2,300 and some other fees. This is my last week I'm quitting.

Hey Ronen, that first settlement you red out, the deductions you read were from that one sheet you put up, which actually totaled about $1300, that also seems to be his total deductions according to you but!!!!! Where's the fuel $$$, am guessing the second sheet which you didnt show us has his accual net which is not 5k, his in the east cost with high fuel price, he sad he had bad fuel mileage, am guess deducted another $1500 from that 5k net earing making it $3500 which is not bad at $2.65 a mile but definitely not as amzing as 5k Just a note !

Being we can’t see sample statements before we sign a lease and there is so much greed out there; how are we to vet these companies without knowing their names? Or even if we want to work with these companies besides being able to look up their safety ratings and number of drivers. I want to on board with the first company. I have never seen anything that good! Who knows who they are?

All lease agreements are bad if your company doesn’t provide you with the revenue to make you a reasonable net profit. It’s simple as that. Ex: even if the total deductions add you to $2000 each week, but the revenue was $6500 compared to $3500 weekly. Ask your company what are their average rpm and total miles per week. It’s your job to make sure you communicate with your company with the quality of lands you are running. How long this shipper been a customer and so on.

good morning ronen ..i am a driver in the United States..i have been driving trucks for ten years...yes i was driving for a company that was paying 75 cents as a 1099 truck driver. That company was mgl out of Chicago. Mgl was the best company that i ever work for..i started with them in October 15,2021. Furthermore, i was switched to rt transportation in December 2022..that's when everything went down hill. Rt transportation started cutting there drivers pay..i went from making 75 cents a mile to know making 50 cents a mile. September wii be my last month working for this company.. i do have 120,000 in my savings account..do you think that i should purchase my own truck and lease on to a company?? Believe me i do not want to go to another trucking company. To me they are all the same..its only a matter of time before they start fucken you over..please do not use my government name aka my slave name...take care men...

Freedom is worth more to some people, nobody breathing down your back for going off route or idling the truck for too long, not being forced to take a load that you don't want, able to go home when you want and stay home longer than 2 days at a time after being out for over a month, etc.
