HORRIBLY Brutal Execution of Jenny-Wanda Barkmann - Sadistic Nazi Guard at Stutthof Camp during WW2. Jenny-Wanda Barkmann was born on the 30th of May 1922 in Hamburg then part of the Weimar Republic which was the government of Germany from 1918 to 1933.
Barkmann was 10 years old when Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party came into power in January 1933.
Soon after she became a member of the League of German Girls, which was the female section of the Hitler Youth. These organizations, led by Baldur von Schirach, were the primary tools that the Nazis used to indoctrinate young people with Nazi ideology, thus shaping the beliefs, thinking and actions of German youth. While in January 1933, the Hitler Youth had approximately 100,000 members, by the end of the year this figure had increased to over 2 million. Jews were not allowed to join these organizations.
Boys and girls were taught to be both racially conscious and physically fit in order to build a new future for Germany and were often present at Nazi Party rallies and marches.
Jenny Wanda Barkmann was 17 years old when the Second world war began on the 1st of September, 1939. Nazi Germany possessed overwhelming military superiority over Poland. Germany launched the unprovoked attack at dawn on the 1st of September with an advance force consisting of more than 2,000 tanks supported by nearly 900 bombers and over 400 fighter planes. In all, Germany deployed 60 divisions and nearly 1.5 million men in the invasion.
In September 1939, the Germans established the Stutthof camp in a wooded area west of Stutthof, a town about 22 miles east of Danzig, today’s Gdańsk. The original camp, known as the old camp, was surrounded by barbed-wire fences and 8 barracks for the inmates built by prisoners in 1940.
The camp was established in connection with the ethnic cleansing project that included the liquidation of Polish elites such as members of the intelligentsia as well as religious and political leaders.
Even before the war, the Germans had created lists of people to be arrested, and the Nazi authorities were secretly reviewing suitable places to set up concentration camps in their area.
Originally, Stutthof was a civilian internment camp under the Danzig police chief, before its subsequent massive expansion. In November 1941, it became a "labor education" camp for political prisoners and persons accused of violating labor discipline, administered by the SD - German Security Police. Finally, in January 1942, Stutthof became a regular concentration camp under the jurisdiction of the SS.
In 1943, the camp was enlarged and a new camp was constructed alongside the earlier one. It contained 30 new barracks and was surrounded by electrified barbed-wire fences. A crematorium and gas chamber were added in 1943, just in time to start mass executions when Stutthof was included in the "Final Solution" in June 1944. The maximum capacity of the gas chamber was 150 people per execution.
Eventually, the Stutthof camp system became a vast network of forced-labor camps. 105 Stutthof subcamps were established throughout northern and central German-occupied Poland.
Tens of thousands of people, perhaps as many as 100,000, were deported to the Stutthof camp. The prisoners were mainly non-Jewish Poles. Conditions in the camp were brutal. Many prisoners died in typhus epidemics that swept the camp in the winter of 1942 and again in 1944. Those whom the SS guards judged too weak or sick to work were gassed in the gas chamber. Gassing with Zyklon B gas began in June 1944. 4,000 prisoners, including Jewish women and children, were killed in a gas chamber before the evacuation of the camp.
Camp doctors also killed sick or injured prisoners in the infirmary with lethal injections of phenol. More than 60,000 people died in Stutthof concentration camp and its subcamps.
Until 1942, nearly all of the prisoners were Polish. The number of inmates increased considerably in 1944, with Jews forming a significant proportion of the newcomers. The first contingent of 2,500 Jewish prisoners arrived from Auschwitz in July 1944. In total, 23,566 Jews including 21,817 women were transferred to Stutthof from Auschwitz.
The camp staff consisted of SS guards and, after 1943, Ukrainian auxiliaries. Jenny Wanda Barkmann became a camp guard in January 1944.

They grew up physically but not emotionally. Such is what one expects from an order that does not inculcate moral discernment . I mean, it was pretty gruesome for an official execution of the time. As for what these monsters deserved, I'd say it would not have been a good idea to try to treat them as bad or worse as the nazis treated their victims. As hard as that must have been for a lot of people back then, revenge can not be the answer to atrocities otherwise they never end.

@@lupo3694 I agree. As disgusting and horrific as these "people" were, and how they had not one shred of humanity or compassion for their victims, like you said, the cycle just continues if they are treated the same as they treated their victims. We have to be better than them, even though when we hear some of the sadistic things they have done, I think it's human instinct to want revenge. There is a huge difference between justice and revenge or vigilantism. Also, not that it was anywhere near the suffering that most of their victims endured, from a medical perspective, the way in which these particular Nazis were hanged, was not at all quick or pleasant, and they would have struggled and had quite a bit of time to think about what was happening to them. I truly hope every one of their victims flashed through their minds and they were haunted by the thoughts of their truly wicked acts. Somehow I doubt that, and I am sure they just felt sorry for themselves.

In another society... maybe in America... one of her distant cousins might have been working in a department store, obliged to be deferential to customers and management. In her free time she watches movies of her choice... well, there is a Movie Code that keeps the movies from pushing depravity (bad guys have bad ends, and bad things happening to good people is tragedy and not something to treat lightly). Freedom of speech means that Jews can speak out against what goes on in Hitlerland and can demonstrate that they are not the monsters that Julius Streicher's pornography of hatred offer. To become decent adults, children must be shielded from depravity from pornography to drug use to drunkenness or must be encouraged to rebel against such depravity. Nazi Germany pretended that its depravity was morality and ensured that people once tempted to serve the vile order cold never escape the rottenness that became part of them.

Nah man! If you really look into hominids development, habitats of cavemen, combined with the historical development of these european regions, considering these facts it seems not as mad as most hominids would think!! Yea the Holocaust shines of course as wrong due to many victims never reaching any german soil, so you believe they could never harm the germanic people from central / northern europe! But it is wrong, they were placed there for a reason, they were meant to exterminate every genetic trace of the germanic hominid, means they were part of some extermination process, it is the genetic swamping deleterious hybridization extinction! It was these R haplogroups, must have started as neanderthals, also J haplogroups, they all different hominids, another species, they would already start the extermination of the germanic people kinda 45.000 years ago!! Just realize the R type hominids they are from Heroinistan, from there they started their enslavement aggressions against the different hominids from europe, so only 16.000 years ago these people from eastern europe, the slavics, they were right next to India, then moving into europe, making themselves white by abduction of germanic females forced to interbreeding with them changing their optical views, modifying their skeleton and skull, closing in on us genetically, but they are still a different species originating in neanderthals, yes middle easterners had some sort of neanderthals in their caves until like 20.000 years ago, same with caucasus altai, and Heroinistan, there they started their aggressions against us! Then later together with J they would still attack us in Germany at the time prior to WW2, and somehow the Jews which seem a mix of mayn hominids also neanderthals, they were just part of it wandering with these R and J type hominids into Germany to destroy these people there, then when they were busted they called themselves jews and also Bavarians which are neanderthals as well would just name the jews as the perpetrators of this aggressions by R and J plus all their allies, that’s how the jews were made responsible for something which was running already before the jews even existed!! So the germans received their sentences for crimes against humanity and the aim to exterminate the jewish people, but it is just the same crimes which all these other hominids doing to us germans all the time before during and after WW2! So honestly these people had and have the same goals as the germans at that time, but only the germans are considered evil, no matter how many of us these creatures kill, enslave, destroy, …! So you see it was no difference in the german perpetrators and all of these other aggressors cause they have the same goals, only in the germans case it was territorial justified, meaning legit related to ancient skeleton findings and genetic origins of the female populations in these areas cause they were bred from abducted germanic slaves abused for interbreeding °` So these people invaded into europe to exterminate the germanic species cause they are different from the middle east altai neanderthals, is it not the same crimes as the germans were persecuted for!?!?

This type of hanging was actually standard in eastern Europe. They didn't believe in the long drop. Criminals were not only executed this way up until the end of World War II, but afterwards as well. I wonder if this type of hanging was used in the Stutthoff Camp. Possibly these guards even participated in such hangings. In any event, they deserved no better than anyone else got. What was unusual was the public nature of their execution. I wonder when they were told they would be hanged in public? I also would have loved to have seen their reaction to that news. Some of these women guards seem so concerned about their appearance.

I mean, being demoted from the "tough Nazi rank with the mighty SS" to an OBJECT in a medical university, used as a teaching aid is kinda rough and all... That may have been some other Nazi guard executed elsewhere. I have heard of such a story in which a German father who had warned her daughter about evil in the Camps; she became a guard and committed atrocities for which she was executed. I'm guessing that the British hanged her and gave her family the ashes. The father flushed the ashes down the toilet instead of burying those near beloved relatives.

@@chitlika We have people who would do this for the gratification of pure sadism. The alleged purpose of higher education is the improvement of those who get the privilege, and we generally expect families and religious bodies or at least the fear of punishment or destitution to control the rest. In view of the Nazis, who found major war criminals even from the nobility and from people with PhD's and degrees in medicine and law, it is impossible to say that any class is morally better than the others. If anything I most distrust the person who gets a college degree and finds no higher purposes than indulgence, gain, and power as the most dangerous people in a totalitarian regime.

We have people just like this one living with us right here and right now. What they lack, here and now, is the opportunity to act in accordance with their nature with collective impunity. Should conditions arise, by whatever quirk of fate or twist of history, they too will rise to meet the opportunity and do what this person did and much more. What I'm saying is this who we are and, if history is any guide, this is who we will be again. Brutality sadly isn't rare and immorality, even more sadly, less so. The creator of this channel calls this "horrible" because his platform's algorithm of choice tells him he must or dare risk being ignored but, actually, "common" is the term that best describes this behavior. This is who we are. We are this planet's sole apex predator. We hunt, we kill and we eat each other. Animals don't act this way. Humans do.
@paulbrower
@paulbrower Жыл бұрын
We have neo-Nazi and Klan groups who would do much the same if given the chance. The opposite of such brutality consists of kindness, caution, and conscience, traits that wise societies cultivate. Even in war it is easiest to win if those facing defeat have little to dread. Consider that the Nazis obliterated youth groups other than the official Hitler Youth and Federation of German Girls, both inculcating Nazi regimentation, racism, and cruelty. From these groups came the youngest of war criminals such as the brutal young guards at the camps. Man is not the sole apex predator; I could make the case that DOGS are, as shown by K-9 units (that is legitimate) and the fact that entering a dog-infested house without the owner's permission is about like climbing into a predator enclosure in a zoo. Four dogs make a very effective tiger. The Nazis trained dogs to do the dirtiest work -- including tearing helpless inmates to pieces upon command. People gave those commands, for which they were executed.
@skylarkportraitstudio
@skylarkportraitstudio Жыл бұрын
@@paulbrower I must disagree. Man is, without exception, this planet's sole apex predator. We kill everything. Dogs aren't apex predators but they do know one when they see one. Man is simply because, if he isn't stopped in time, he will even kill the planet that he (along with all the other predators) lives on. No other animal in the history of the world has ever approached this predatory apex. In short, he invented Evil.

If karma actually exists, it's incredibly mild. Compared to the atrocities these people committed, their punishment was a slap on the wrist. They put out half a decade of daily torture, abuse, slavery etc, and all they got back was a 20 min hanging. Hitler wasn't even punished. Where's the karma? Also, lets not forget that America dropped two atomic bombs that literally melted people into shadows on the pavement, when's karma showing up for that? Oh, and Alan Turing who solved Germany's enigma code and was rewarded with chemical castration because he was gay. If karma is real, it's all kinds of phobic and scared of people with money, connections and power.
