I love your channel! As a Cotswolds native, I find it entertaining to watch you tell stories about the hauntings reported in and around the area. There is one relatively unknown area that I think might be of interest to you: St. Swithun Church in the village of Leonard Stanley. This church (which was originally part of an Augustinian priory founded by Roger de Berkeley between 1121 and 1129) is said to be haunted by a hooded monk who roams the churchyard at night. It is also worth noting that Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn visited the church in 1535 during their time in Gloucestershire.

It doesn't make any sense why would somebody kidnap an old man to be sold as a slave because old people weren't desirable because they would die during transport most of the time.
