If I didn't know better I would've thought this was a horror mystery game, such great vibes! I know it could be a lot of work but what if someone made a make believe gameplay videos using your town, where you try to solve a mystery of what happened in the town. You can use friends to pretend to be npc's and edit in speech bubbles for dialogue.

I love the realization I got when I read "The Masked Person did this" The mayor in the video is wearing a mask!... The music wasn't as scary as the first video because there were some cheery classical parts. But I love the addition of the moon & I finally understood the water message from the first video.

Suggestion: Instead of revealing who poisoned the waters in the library, have that text point the player to the house. There you can hide clues more clues and reveal more of the mystery. You can have the house have a hidden area/room that has a few barrels with a ☠️over them. That way it is implied that you are IN the house of the one responsible for the town's current state. And if you really want to make an incredibly juicy video... You can have the person who actually lives in this house show up while you are in it. They can chase you out of their house while wielding an axe and then through the town. The video could end with you getting into the airport and the pursuer disappearing, almost as if they were never there in the first place...

Ohoooo now I understand the message. What a gorgeous town. I don't know if it was intentional or not, but I spotted 1 golden flower in a feild of black ones. That stuck out.... I remember from the previous video a sacrifice room with the suits of armor. There are beheaded armor heads... I love these touches and I'm curious if/why some sacrifices where placed in those suits.... The phrase Watch Out being repeated so much makes me feel like using your eyes is vital for catching the creatures or person responsible. On a sillier note: These videos slightly play like a killer proudly showing you around like, "As you can see i'm very proud of my job~."

Omg!! If there was one thing I missed from New Leaf, it was story dream towns, especially the spooky ones. So much visual story telling, it's almost forced on you to speculate and wonder, to be pulled by your morbid curiosity. I cannot wait to see more and I wish I could visit!

I absolutely love this. The environmental storytelling is brilliant, I love the subtle spooky feeling without it being too in your face. The bloodsplatters all even tell a story, like the little footprint trail, or the hand prints behind jail bars. Also the moon area is absolutely gorgeous. I'm in love

This has become one of my most favourite towns in AC. I love its dark and eerie atmosphere and how it's organized (very original the use of the prison cages!), I find it aesthetically pleasing. Though I'm really curious how you will improve the (for now) unexplorable areas, if you plan to make them explorable. There are lots of horror/dark towns in AC but I think this one is different from the others, I feel it's more focused on the atmosphere and the aesthetic but still there's a story, which I find clearer and not really open to interpretations (and I sincerely prefer it to be this way). I like the idea to use patterns to write the "thoughts" of the villagers in order to make the story clearer. I suggest you to replicate the "foggy" and darker atmosphere of your first video for the next time, because I think it fits more your town. I'm excited and eager to look forward for your next video! Sorry if my English is not perfect (it's not my first language), but I hope I haven't been harsh and you understand what I said!

I love this village!!!!! It’s so cool to see such a cute game turn into something dark and sinister I have one minor nitpick, the imagery is a little bit too “on the nose” (such as the “water plus human equal animal” bit, I feel like just having those pieces next to eachother without the math symbols works just fine) but other then that this is an AMAZING project and I can’t wait to see how its further developed!!
