There is something about the ladies voice that grates on my nerves and scares me much more than and ghost activity. Her screams are ear piercing. Derek would never ever return to that team after what they did to him. Derek in 2004 asked to leave the show, as he got tired with the format. Yvette and Karl begged him to stay, as he was the biggest draw for the show. He stayed, but only agreed to do one more year before leaving. Yvette and Karl did not like that, and so ensured they would kick his arse out the door and ensure his leaving would be awful for him, which they did, with the help of Dr Ciaran O'Keeffe in 2005.
