Well you know what they say don't you... hindsight is a wonderful thing. Had she known of the eventual injuries and subsequent complications that that would've resulted in, then I'm sure she'd have changed her mind. Losing your place in a queue isn't the best feeling in the world either, and going down the slide without a partner (which maybe with hindsight could've consisted of a dummy weight to counteract this deficit), could of course have been hazardous in its own way. Can't just by default apportion blame based solely on the end result of something without being able to know everything beforehand. Very ill feeling toward the fatwad in any case.

My little sister is scarred for life now after she went down a slide when she was 5 and the tube flipped over at the end. She was stuck under the tube and under the water. She couldn’t breathe. Luckily my mom was paying attention since she was standing at the bottom waiting for us to come down. The lifeguard was not paying attention and had my mom not been there, she could have drowned. Now, 10 years later, she still gets scared because of that experience.
