Ce qui est super avec ce style c'est que ça rend merveilleusement bien en concert. Des sons bien distincts, c'est carré et audible, pas de clipping involontaire. C'est souvent loin d'être le cas avec les formations rock (guitares/basse/batterie) qui caractérisent le métal (pour un équivalent en termes de patate sonore.) (je me souviens notamment d'un Morbid Angel dans la petite salle du 106 à Rouen... c'était plus un mur sonore que quoique ce soit d'identifiable contrairement aux albums.)
