I kept my classic motor boat in Holland for 3 years overwintering in Yerseke, had great fun sailing the canals, rivers and lakes of Holland, Belgium and France down as far as Dunkirk. With trips back and forth to dear old blighty when my wife could not get her EU visa. Attended classic boat rally's in Oostende, Antwerp, Gouda and the Dunkirk 5 yearly returns, being that my old girl was a Dunkirk Little Ship. How I miss it all being stuck here in sunny Vietnam.

Hello, I'm wondering about the fuel consomption on the E4, the brochure says at 7 knts its 1 lph. What did you find in real life situations?

you probably mean 7 lt per hour at 7 kn..?! (i.e. 1lt/M) which was my experience also.

Hoe bevalt de Elling E4, ik zit erg te twijfelen tussen een Elling en een Linssen

Because im Dutch elling bevalt heel goed. Ik denk dat Elling beter geschikt is voor ruimer water . ( zie mijn andere you tube filmpjes) Linssen lijkt mij een goed schip, maar ik heb er geen ervaring mee. Er zijn natuurlijk klassieke verschillen tussen stalen verdringers en polyester sem displacement... Veel succes en wijsheid

ik heb op Grand sturby 500 gevaren top schip maar ook groter en duurder en airco en stabilisatie.ook elling 3e gevaren zonder stab was ook okay maar niet te vergelijken.Ga eerst huren.Ik ga nu Nordhorn 42 huren maand.
