So impactful! I just love #HosannaWong and her story and energy. Today I was weary and God brought this sermon across my path. I will not believe the lies of the enemy but the Truth of the Lord and I will continue on the path He has laid before me to rescue those in my life through these relationships with them. @hope amaryah So much love being sent your way, I struggle with these thoughts as well. Probably because human relationships work this way, but God isn’t human, he is the creator of the universe, so he is worthy of all glory. Because he is gentle and lowley. He loves the empty, the broken, the poor. These are the only qualifications for YOU to be given honor and glory. He took off all of his splendor so he could relate to you by becoming a man. I hope you find comfort in this. I find myself not trusting him as well, but I just need him and that is all he wants, is you.

@Hope Amaryah We can know God wants relationship with us because He has shown us how much He loves us. He existed before time began, outside of space and outside of matter. He created everything, and He created us, in His own image with free will. Yet after we messed up He left His Kingdom, His dominion, and came down in human form and sacrificed himself to free us from our sin and reconcile us to Him. God is love and we only know love because of Him. He doesn't need us, we need Him. It is when we glorify God that we are able to experience the most intense and purest form of joy that we will ever know.
