Heyyy, so these videos get de-monitized IMMEDIATELY thanks to copyright, so it'd be awesome if I could continue doing them in confidence, but I could use help doing so without losing rent money 😔My new merch store and patreon are in the descriptions of every video, or if you prefer becoming a youtube member (as cheap as $2 w/ day-early releases) that's also an option if you want to help offset the loses of these videos. I hate e-begging but I gotta swallow my pride eventually in this economy

Ah yeah I guess no one told you that Both Suisei and Calliopi Mori are both artists lthat recently got signed on by Universal Music Japan(and Moona as well, but I think a different music group) so any new songs you might be tempted to listen from them has ti be from before they signed on. I forgot when they were signed on, actually.
@gokbay30572 ай бұрын
@@janematthews9087 Suisei (or Moona) are not signed with Universal. The Suisei-Calli Collab song CapSule is under universal and a bunch of Suisei songs with Taku Inoue (especially their Midnight Grand Orchestra songs) are under Via/Toys Factory. But I am fairly certain Suisei or Moona individually are not signed with any major label. Other than Calli there are two Hololive talents who are with labels though. These being Sora and AZKi who are signed with Victor Entertainment.

If I were to guess, "Bibbidi bobbidi boo(wa)" is in reference to the song in Cinderella. Suisei also just has a thing where she states that she won't be the "Cinderella who waits forever, but the prince who goes and gets things done." (lyrics from Stellar Stellar). I guess for another "gold standard" songs from Holo members, ALiCE&u by Ayundu Risu is an incredible one in every aspect of it. Genius writing from composition to lyrics to even the title.

It's literally bibbity boppity boo. The song title being bibbity bop Check out the japanese lyrics to the disney cinderella song and you'll see

This song is such a blast honestly, always finding myself bopping along when I hear it. Another of my favourites are definitely Help! From Kobo Kanaeru, Alice&U from Ayunda Risu and Do U from Takanashi Kiara.

I think most react channel pause the song at few interval and obscure the video to avoid copyright. Much of them use the pause to discuss the video. For song recommendations still on the hololive sphere i would recommend omaru polka po and moona hoshinova high tide.

Most do, but i honestly think that harms the experience of everyone involved. Having to keep "refreshing" the song and interrupting the main flow feels like it does the song an injustice.

the name of the song is based on cinderella's spell "bibidi babidi boo". Transformation like cinderella is also the theme of the song. Interesting fact, bibidi, babidi and buu is also the name of 3 characters in Dragonball

If I may make a recommendation or request, I would love to see an analysis of a vtuber song titled Senkou no hana 鮮紅の華 by Mizushina Aoi 水科葵 of Gems Company. I believe the official music video for that is on the Gems Company youtube page. It was created for a stage play created by Yoko Taro. Mizushina aoi has an amazing voice and is close friends with AZKi from hololive and has also sung some songs with Suisei before in the past. I know many more interesting vsingers from japan who havent had their chance to be exposed to the west. Suisei also has a weekly radio show that is good for finding new vsingers to get into. I have found new vsingers and songs to listen to from that radio show.

Hello..ive been a fan of your genshin music reactions. So i want to recommend (if you havent done it already) the Natlan Live Symphony. It's so hauntingly beautiful especially the first song (9minute video) which was the Ode to Resurrection song for the fallen warriors ingame.

the video and effects were pretty cool. found myself paying attention to that more than the song because the song isn't really something i'd listen to xd day 32 of suggesting "the shadows" by taishi. consider listening to the one specifically marked as "with error" first. afterwards, read the comments under it and the one not marked as with error. more context in day 1. also "思い出かけら" by sweet dove (this has crazy time signatures and i got a whole paragraph about it from the composer, if you ever react to it I'll comment on it below. there are also english lyric translations)
