Hoping for the best for you Reed. My Mom has Ibs(Colitis) and it has radically changed what she can eat to avoid severe pain. No more green vegetables like lettuce,broccoli,Brussell Sprouts etc. No nuts of any kind. Have to be careful with anything with seeds,even sesame seeds on bread on buns. No tomatoes unless they are cut up and no seeds from it. If you have IBS you'll have to adjust what you review to avoid a lot of pain. Either way I'll be here to watch what you do. Take care

That's awesome Reed! I keep repeating myself. Please focus on healthier foods permanently in your diet. Make all your choices healthier. 'Stay away' from Dollar Store foods, McDonald's, fried foods, all processed foods
