What kind of Infusion are you going to get ? I had a Central Port installed, before I left the Hospital. I do my own Hydration at home with regular IV L/R, 5 days out of 7. Sadly Short Bowl syndrome.....I have learned a lot from your videos about my bag etc. Thanks and best to you.

I had to have quite a few weeks of Chemo middle of last year. Fortunately, I had the treatments with a central line at Mitchell Cancer Institute, an offshoot of the USA Health system at a location about 5-10 minutes from home. I've currently got an iliostomy due to colorectal cancer surgery (Waiting for status for reversal, gotten familiar with the ostomy equipment enough that I will give it time to heal properly.

Hey, I am so glad you're still taking care of yourself. That is especially important right now. You've sure been a help to me before I got my ostomy and now. I am a happy ileostomate and navigating the changes were much easier with some of your great tips.

You've done so well to get this video during Coronavirus lockdown. I also had my infliximab infusion when the rate of CoViD cases was at it's peak here in the UK and was so so cautious just like you and I chose not to use my phone to record video that day. I wore face mask, gloves, glasses, hat and old clothes so that I could dispose of the lot and then have a wash immediately after visiting the hospital. We rely on the infusion and the hospitals have done fantastic to help those that are on immune suppressants! The best advice I got was to go to hospital - without the infusion could result in a flare up and then you'll definitely be in hospital. I hope you are able to receive your medication (pills) without any hospital/pharmacy visits.

Thank you for watching! I totally agree. We need to still go and receive our infusions. I was so nervous, but I was more nervous to quit my medicine. I am hoping the pandemic ends soon. Blessings to you friend! 💚💜

You have to be over cautious. It’s so scary out there. I’m in Canada and we are very cautious. It’s really helped because it’s not as bad as they thought it would be. Where I am you can get a $1000 ticket if you’re not social distancing. I was supposed to have my surgery on April 27 but it’s been cancelled because of the covid. Take care of yourself and make sure you are doing your social distancing. God bless.

Have you seen the negative info about masks with valves? Okay for the wearer, but not for everybody else since the exhaust through the valves is not filtered. Love your videos, keep on keeping on! Much love to you and yours!
