Yessssss Sir ! Fasting is most important to all of us I assume Might be due to such reasons our ancestral forefathers were much more healthier than today's predessesors ...I myself got benefitted by using this fasting methods which resulted to decrease the readings of my High BP .Now it's normal .... During or prior to worship our Deities we used to go through fasting .and that's. Great part of our Indian lifestyles.

Ok..... after watching this whole video I can say Prefer.... sunflower oil, coconut oil, mustard oil.....bcz these are high heat stable and slowly losses their quality...... try to avoid fried foods, junk food

Very informative information sir. However, I would like to add that groundnut oil has a very high smoke point and is preferable for frying. Having said that, it is a good idea to reduce oil consumption.

We have become heavily dependent on various machines and gadgets for even the simplest tasks. On top of that most of us have stressful jobs which promote sedentary lifestyles. These machines and sedentary lifestyles are the real culprits of people falling sick in large numbers. Eat less and simple food . Exercise regularly. Sleep well. Exposure to sun and fresh air. All these will help to lead a healthy life.

Please tell the symptoms before Heart attacks,what should a person do,precaution take.Angiography,Cardiogram ,how to determine, Give suggestions Be brief and to the point,don't give weight age on completing of your VDO.Tell what is important. Also, its natural and the best way to have direct groundnut, coconut, sarso ka saag..., AVOID OILS AT ALL, your body extracts oil from these sources and provide essential fatty acids required for vitamins.

We should use healthy oil or ghee which have less amount of fat. Medium way is always better.

Sir I am a 74 years diabetic (Hb1ac 7.1), hypertensive ( with BP ranging from 140-90-with Telemistran tablet 40 mg) and recently diagnosed with Glacoma) Sometimes my sugar level drops to below 70md/dl. . In such a situation I generally take 2 spoons of pure sugar . Am I doing correct . If not Pl advise what I should do?
