Had to drop in the comment section just to say I was using prekage for two years it’s good, but just got bloodshot and it’s soo much better and even without the stims I felt like I had so much energy even after a 10 hour shift in a metal fabrication job. Instead of throwing out the spine and head - put it on heat and cook so you will have a great broth loaded with collagen - you can than drink it or give it to your dog that way you wont waist anything.

Samson for not being a pro fisher/filter u did a good job man honestly.... I just watch that Netflix docu also shit was super good but alil sad also but learned some stuff idk....
