I saw Nathan Epler putting on a posing clinic at the NPC Premier Muscle Championships a few months ago in Muncie, Indiana, as I was a first time contestant in the Masters Division over 50. While is posing clinic was professional and top notch what struck me was his moral/ethical character. I saw him interact with contestants and talk on stage, yet to me, it was his demeanor and strong moral belief system that raised him above many professional athletes in the discipline. Thank you having be a part of your Team.

Here in Arkansas chicken prices were the last to finally give in to inflation. Ground beef was up to 7.99lb while my cheap brand of chicken breast held onto 1.99 for dear life. 2.99 now.

Dude, I am….I guess….fortunate enough to not look at grocery prices. I’ve just seen they went up. I actually looked. My chicken is 3.49 a lb from 1.79. 18 eggs went from 2.10 to 5.89. Absolute insanity. Please vote properly soon.

Great content. Costco has a box of Kirkland brand guacamole in little cups which are awesome. Check those out. Also best pop tarts but I don't see them anymore is red velvet. Those were the shit.

Kroger has better prices vs Costco.. just have to look .... $6.49 for eggs?? that 50% more than standard eggs.. i dont buy the "its better quality" comments .. its your money but you also have to want to save money... is $20 for 2pack bison really worth it vs same for ground beef... id argue your body will not see a difference .. especially if you are eating all carb rice by the 25pound bag

I buy the same chicken at Costco. Have you ever noticed that the chicken breast sometimes you’ll get one that’s very rubbery after cooking? I usually go through most of the pack until I come across one that’s rubbery and take it back to Costco and they’ll give me a whole new back even though I ate most of the pack of chicken 😂 they are very good at returns
