What a beautiful dinner, it was so nice watching you cook, my father was German and made the most delicious asparagus soup, the only difference is that he would puree the mid section and then at the end he would add the tops of the asparagus back in, so delicious, he was a bit of a master when it came to soup's.🧡🥂

Asparagus soup is a fantastic soup. I add a snif sugar in it,but the recipe is the same as I learned to cook from my mother.( Netherlands 🇳🇱).
