@@justmytakes Thank you dear, i've been learning English by myself without teacher. I got 5 score of IELTS in last January. By the time, I haven't practiced well and have forgotten some vocabulary and somethings. Suddenly, I've decided to take IELTS again in this November. In fact, i can't still write the essay. I just want to get around 6 points if i can get that points, i may go to abroad for studying as master degree. Can you help me or any suggestion?🙂

Sorry for the late reply! I personally haven’t taken IELTS before, but I have taken TOEFL a few years back. I think it’s impressive that you got a 5 just by teaching yourself English! November is coming up pretty soon, so I think the most effective approach you can use to improve your writing score is to focus on some strategies specifically for the test. For example, search for “templates” for writing essays for the IELTS, and memorize the structures and the conjunctions and transitions, such as “thus” “therefore” “consequently” etc. These will make your essay sound more academic and structured. Other than that, I think just practicing writing as much as you can, especially using words you haven’t used before, will be the only way to improve your score in a short period of time. I hope it helps, and best of luck!!
