Hot and Healthy in the Hamptons: ARFit Food

It's July and in true New York fashion, we'll be spending the whole month out in the beautiful Hamptons!!! We'll be hanging out with my good friend, Avis Richards, as she shows us around all of the best spots the Hamptons has to offer!
To start the month off, we stopped by some of our favorite markets, and went to talk to one of the best chefs out here to discover some of the most delicious spots in the Hamptons!!

All organic food has to be imported where I live since there are no organic local foods..so it's suuuper expensive to buy organic fruits and veggies. So I have buy local not organic fruits and veg. I'm just really worried that I'll be eating too much of the bad stuff together with the good benefits of fruits and veggies :( would really appreciate some tips, help or ideas.thanks:)

I would say to maybe just buy your favorite fruit or veggie organic, and the rest not-organic. this way you get a balance.
