WOW! Amazing! I'm so happy my workouts could help! You can try this daily, but I recommend switching it up every day to shock your body with a different workout.

Your workouts are perfect for me....long enough to get some sweat going, but short enough that my baby can sit by herself without getting too restless. Thanks for the motivation! Also, like everyone else, I really like the "real time" walk through.

I remember this was the very first workout I did of yours, and it has been a year now and I can definitely say I am in the best shape I have ever been from doing your workouts! And my running pace has increased! Thank you Amanda! :)

Thank you for the great workouts! I'm 53 (soon to be 54) and I try to workout specially because of health issues. I get bored easily when things become routine and the variety and length of time (better yet, the lack of it) suit me perfectly!

This is my favorite workout!!!! The first four exercises are the toughest ones. Amanda your WO are amazing!

Hi Amanda. I'm in complete love with your workouts! I'm trying to do them 3 times a week and for the moment they work well! The only thing that I would like to ask you is if you could try to do the full workout so that we can follow you because if not it's a bit difficult to rewind and replay the video everytime we need to repeat some moves. Thank you and good job! x

Thanks! thanks for your suggestion! You can work out whatever time is best for YOU! I recommend working out in the mornings, but it ultimately comes down to how busy your schedule is.

Thanks for another great workout...this one is very challenging. I've been doing your challenging workouts since the 5 day beach challenge, although hard in a odd way they're sorta fun!...What I most appreciate is you SHOW modifications, thanks for that

you do the first round twice, then the second round twice, and then a combo of the first and second round once. it's a 12 minute workout altogether. hope this helps!

Hey Amanda, huge fan here!!! Been doing your vids but I haven't really seen much results cuz of my diet! Pshhht, Amanda or anyone here can help me? If i go low-carb and do these cardio vids (the tabatha style and this one) probably 4 times a week and dedicate another three to weights at the gym, will I see results? :) Thank you guys and Amanda so much!

Clean eating is the key especially when you're dealing with problems like IBS and other digestive issues. Working out won't really fix ay bloating issues, primarily just diet. If you find it's still not helping, talk to a GI specialist to talk about ways to help cut down on your symptoms. xo

love the videos!!! I workout 3 days a week, and im small like u but always bloated,,I do have IBS but wondered what your diet is like..I do eat every hour and it hard to figure out the right foods..also is it better to do more cardio like this? I do intense intervals with weights to cut time but I still look bloated with a small body and I work 9 hour shifts so im stuck with only 3 day workouts..please help!! i want your body look,thank u so much!!!!

definitely! especially if you're doing these workouts right! it's not helpful to cut carbs altogether so make sure you're eating right. You can also go on my facebook to find out more about my 14 Day Plan.

Amanda, I absolutely love your vids, cos even though I completely wrecked my ankle a few yrs ago, I can still do most of you exercises.. However, what I cannot do is lunges (because my ankle doesn't bend that way anymore). Do you maybe have a good substitution with apprx the same benefits for those? Thank you so much for everything you do!!

I did this :) It was amazing and hard. had to take breaks. I enjoyed the handstand kicks and accidently knocked over my cup of water. XD

hehe ! I did it too! im 13 and I try and do these everyday ! :) Its intense! Ive tried al the workouts ive could, including Jillian Micheals, Chelsea Hunter (Model Workout Series) Ive tried everybody! But surprisingly, this actually works so well!! Thank You So Much Amanda! ~

@AmandaRussell Would you recommend doing the 6 Minute Abs of Steel before this video? I thought so because following with cardio would help burn fat. You're amazing and I love you so much. I love that you're just as tiny as me! :)
