Hot and spicy Duck Curry/Aunt's special recipe for the most delicious masala duck/Guyanese style

This recipe of hot and spicy duck curry was made by my aunt and is a favorite among our entire family. Hope you will enjoy this too.
Approximate measurement and ingredients:
One farm fresh duck about 8 lbs
4-5 TBS of Guyana duck masala
2 whole chopped onions
2 whole bulbs of chopped garlic( about 20-25 cloves) with 3 weri weri peppers
Additional pepper to add whilst cooking as desired
1 TBS tumeric powder
1 and 1/2 TBS geera/cumin powder
1 tsp Maggie bullion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 TBS tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
salt to tase
Additional chopped scallions to add at the end
oil as needed

Yes, your husband will surely know! Our differences in cooking are: I season and marinate the meat overnight; I don't add papaya for tenderizing; my sisters do but I don't! I just let it cook however long it takes which is not very long for me! I also cook it sometimes without pigeon peas to serve with rice and dal or paratha and dalpuri etc. I like to watch cooking videos to see how others are making the same food in do many different ways and I try them sometimes in their way. I've also learned a few new recipes. Btw, only yesterday I came across your videos and love what I've seen so far ☺️🤗 Take care and God bless; regards to your husband 😊
