Leslie, the sane thing happened to me today of going to a locsl farm market & it is closed on Mondays! I do know that. It was responsibility to pick up the fresh produce for our 4-H club meeting that night - ran to a second farm market in the area could only get the corn 🌽 we needed (it was delicious!). Ended uo running back to grocery store to get the rest. All worked out - great food the members made at the meeting. I love apple cider. I will have to give it a try, the maple whip cream on the top l am sure was to die for, Have a great day 🌼

Isn’t it wonderful to be able to recreate a familiar taste. I love it when I can do that. We all love spiced apple cider. It’s perfect when the weather changes. Unfortunately, it’s supposed to be almost 90 degrees by Friday! Thanks Leslie. You’re the bomb 💣💥✌️

Yum!!! I am in the UK where cider is alcoholic. However, I am heading back to the States next week for a long fall visit with my kids and we are having us some of this!!! We are going to cook and eat for an entire month and this is on the drinks menu now!
@DH-qz2so2 ай бұрын
Apple cider is fresh, unfiltered, and often unpasteurized. It's also considered a seasonal drink and can be hard to find outside of the autumn months. Apple juice, on the other hand, is filtered and pasteurized, which gives it a longer shelf life, a sweeter taste, and a smoother texture.Then we have alcoholic ciders as well....which is a whole different thing!

Leslie, I made your Surprise Corn Salad for my Women's Bible study tonight. We have different dinners every week. Mexican, Italian, soup and salad etc. Anyways, tonights was a Mexican theme dinner and the women loved it and wanted to know the recipe. I doubled it and only had a little foam bowl left which was nice because I had it for home lol Only thing I did different is I used frozen corn thawed instead of canned corn. Thank you, two thumbs up!! 😋♥️♥️♥️

I really like what Pastor said about Romans one I think it was about the time of the wedding? Anyway, it was great! But I wanted to tell you I noticed right away. Your face was thinner. You always look beautiful, but you are looking great. I am a lifetime Weight Watchers and even at 69 I have to count my points. You are such a good cook❤️ thank you for your videos! I have used apple juice in recipes, such as these. Apple cider is fresh, unfiltered, and often unpasteurized. It's also considered a seasonal drink and can be hard to find outside of the autumn months. Apple juice, on the other hand, is filtered and pasteurized, which gives it a longer shelf life, a sweeter taste, and a smoother texture, which probably means just use apple juice and no brown sugar...give it a try!

Curly/wavy hair does better with wet styling and then it depends on your hair's porosity. Do a float test with a strand of your hair. If it floats on top, you have low porosity. I have that. The LCO method works best. The L is leave-in conditioner, C is a low porosity cream, and O is oil. My scalp and hair is dry so it doesn't look greasy. If your hair floats in the middle you have medium porosity and can use any styling products. If your hair sinks to the bottom you have high porosity. The LOC method works best. L is leave-in conditioner. O is oil. C is a high porosity cream. Low has super tight hair cuticles which makes the hair reject water and certain styling products. Medium the cuticles are just right. High the cuticles are too loose so it absorbs and then releases styling products.
