I once had the Idea for a Bavarian Pizza. Instead of Pizza Dough, one would use lye dough, like with Prezels, and instead of tomato sauce, one could use sweet mustard. Cheese probably wpulf still be a major ingredient, but one could top it with a bit of horseradish and sliced up white sausage. Heck, maybe even some chives. (For clarification: I may not be Bavarian, nor am I german, but still austrian. So I guess close enough)
