Not sure if you remember, but I left a previous comment on another video asking about where was this trailer purchased. Just yesterday I came across a 2023 trailer with almost the same exact build except no steamer. I'm thrilled to be starting my first real food trailer. The excitement is awesome. I'd love one day to come visit and support. It's wonderful for you to show your experience and show how much it takes to run a successful business.
