Hell yea! Hot dog vendors are the best, I always pick them over fast food restaurants. Sometimes even fine dining restaurants, my girlfriend doesn't enjoy that too much though.

I wonder how long it took him to pay for the cart?

What are you using to keep the chilled condiments cold? I have the same Big Dog Cart but I can't fit those ice blanket sheets beneath the pans without them sticking up out of the metal slots.

You use those frozen packs to keep condiments cold or ice.

He stops working at 3-3:30???
@papascateringstreetfood21734 жыл бұрын
He stops selling at 3-3:30. He then must clean the cart in preparation for the next day. Many cart operators prefer to have fresh condiments requiring they purchase daily. The average is a 5-6 hour day.

What do you do with the hot dog leftovers from the day before? I'm not sure I would like a day old dog. :(

You wouldn’t know the difference. A brand new fresh hot dog doesn’t exist in processed dogs.

I live near New Orleans and every time I hear someone from up north tell me not to put Ketchup on my hotdog, I think they are an idiot. It's like going to India and criticizing someone for using curry???
