Yes! It’s actually a really long process sometimes. Govt agencies will put out a Request for Proposals to make sure everyone has a fair chance to win the bid.

Great video. Do you prefer the Winco or Avantco steamers? How long does it take to steam a full pan of hot dogs?

We’ve found the Winco’s to be faster. I’ve never timed it but, if I had to guess it would be under 30 minutes. I’ll have to do some testing soon so that I know for our store equipment. I’ll try to remember to come back and update! Or make a new video.
