Life is life. You don’t need to depend on how your “followers “ feel. If they want to continue watching you they will or will not. You have to do what’s best for your family and not your “followers “. I just started watching your channel about hot dogs and for the short time I did watch it was useful because I was in the food service world but it’s not the end of me or I’m not going to freak because your choosing a different journey. You do you and put your trust in God to direct your path and not your “followers “. Be safe and be well.

We just got back from east Texas yesterday. Beautiful country. First, thank you for sharing part of your story with us through your KZbin channel. I probably clicked on the first video because I like hotdog carts. I kept watching because I liked the story of your journey as you refused to sit still, tackled your challenges, learned from your mistakes and always tried to improve, while helping others. I expect that you'll always succeed over time because you seemed to have learned to get back up if you've been knocked down. I will certainly be interested in following whatever you allow us to see as you and your family move to different challenges. East Texas is a good place for your husbands skills, so I doubt you'll ever starve. I also expect that you'll be amazed at how much easier it is to do business in Texas as compared to California. Regardless of what you decide to do, I wish you great success. I'm staying subscribed in case you continue to post videos. Thanks again.

Cali gas can??? Go to the local farm and ranch store and buy any one of the colored cans that has a clear flexible pipe and a sprinkler pvc cap on the top. They’re all labeled not for gasoline. Literally every atv and motorcyclist and lawn mowing company in Cali uses em for gas. Ask the store what reason they have thousands of them for and they can’t name a reason other than gas.

This is AMAZING!! and it's the route I've been planning on going. Can you use an electric flat top grill with no hood? And Is that a commercial Air Fryer/ What brand? Do they cook as fast as a real fryer? Sorry for all the questions.:)

We cannot do any direct contact cooking without a hood. The fryer is an actual oil fryer, but it has its own hood, and fire suppression system. It’s a Broaster VF-3 I believe! We bought it from Taylor Freezers, (the soft serve ice cream machine company.) around $12K when purchased.

We’ve been open for almost 3 years. Still going strong. We went this route because gas is not an option without a 100K hood and fire suppression system install. Best of luck with your own endeavors!!

I need to write a book. Another mistake food and Hotdog venders is thinking for people. The reason why Hotdog venders die is becase they churn out bad products with intention of never seeing the customer ever again.
