Hey Team, so this was one of my favourite workout lives that I ever did!!
The vibes were flowing, the energy was going and I think ya'll enjoyed it too; it's a mixture of a fun/ intense yoga flow with some glute blast workout exercises! And I'm sure you're gunna love the feels of this one
Am accompanied with 90's old school anthem remixes to really get us going . This workout is great as a full body cardio push, and strength training especially in the shoulders and upper back along with some at home exercises and movements to really get that booty in shape too. I hope you enjoy doing it! & get what you need from it whenever you are in the world .
