Hey lovelies!! & Welcome back to another @Home Workout Video for your fitness during isolation needs, this time we're training our arms whilst doing some beginner ballet barre exercises.
This is a descriptive beginner's ballet barre class mixed in with some at home exercises you would normally do on a an arm training day at the gym, with some suggestions during this isolation period.
Needed for this workout;
A table or chair to lean on for barre, 3/4kg weights, water, a matt & a fabulous attitude ready to learn and embrace mixtures of ballet, dance, sass and arm toning!
I hope you find this class both uplifting and educational and gets a good sweat on for you! But most importantly that you enjoy dancing, learning, and thriving during this difficult time!
