The dish she mentioned, the one her Grandma used to cook, is called Domlades - or Dolma/Sarma depending on where you're from. You have to try it, it's delicious! Also, I feel like a lot of people don't know about Ani's origins. It's named after the city of Ani, also known as the city of 1001 churches, which used to be the capital of ancient Armenia. So, there's a nod in there to her heritage which is absolutely amazing. Also, thanks you for this, Clémence! I enjoyed every second of it!

Interesting to hear Cecile talk about Ani. It is one of my all-time favorites. She says she thought of it first as green. The green is what I love so much. The vanilla dry down is also wonderful, but I wouldn't have loved it so much if it had not been for the green. I think I would love Amouage Material, too.

I love the story about Remember Me, I love notes that make it a hot drink, but I also had a Frangipani Tree in South Africa. I will treasure it even more. Ani is another favourite and I agree, it isn’t just a simple Vanilla. I have been waiting to hear about Material from Amouage. 😯 The story behind it is amazing. The song! 🎶 I feel like I can smell the Vanilla pods through the screen. 👃 This sounds like the perfect Vanilla fragrance, with actual Vanilla and not sugary Vanillin.
