@JazzieJaeT 5 жыл бұрын
I’m glad you were able to take something away from this video boo that’s what I make videos for! Using the double boil method helps keep the good stuff our hair needs in the oils without zapping them away in the microwave but I typically use the oven to reheat my food too because the microwave isn’t good for our bodies either dr oz said this year’s back and since then I try to use it less

Love your videos. I have a new year resolution to use up all my hair products. Wish me luck lol! Quick question - how do you know it’s time to trim your hair and by how much? I took a picture of my hair and from the looks I think I should trim ....my goal is to retain length but Im conflicted! I think the scissor happiness has prevented me from gaining length thus far 😩
@JazzieJaeT
@JazzieJaeT 5 жыл бұрын
Lol girl wish me luck we have the same goal lol and a good way to tell if your ends need to be trimmed (I learned this from my grandma who is licensed) look at your hair with your eyes not a picture or in the mirror and if you have small white dots on the ends or if they look like tree branches then it’s time that’s split ends and the quicker you trim it the more length you can hold on to. I like to use the hair right by my hairline and the hair in the back of my head to see if its time for a trim you can also tell if your hair is shedding a lot and it’s getting tangled at the ends when you set angle or blow dry

Vitamins are good for women in general talk to your guardian to see if they can help guide you to find the right one biotin is always a good start a multivitamin is what you also can take dont worry dont get discouraged if you have a solid haircare routine (wash your hair weekly) trim your ends and wear protective styles your hair will grow and by time your 16 youll be surprised how much hair you've grown! Make sure you share my channel with your mom, or aunts, as they can watch with you and learn how to take care of hair
