@@yousifahmed6200 Well I started out with low level hot sauces and Shin Ramyun. Every now and then I'd go buy a hot pepper and eat what I could of it. Then I moved up to Buldak fire noodles and ghost pepper chips. Those Paqui Haunted Ghost Pepper chips are what really got me used to the burn. After that I moved up to Buldak 2x Spicy Noodles which is pretty much my favorite food. I usually add some reaper or ghost pepper sauce to make things even more spicy but I have to be careful because it can hurt my stomach

@@Rher_the_Moon professional spice lover here! Yes, some sauces are tasty! Buffalo sauce and tobasco are some of my favorites, they’ve got a nice tanginess to go with the heat and it’s really nice! But then you have sauces whose one goal is spicy without any flavor, capsaicin flavored hot isn’t good. There’s some sauces that are like ghost pepper flavor that just taste bitter. I will say it’s not just the milder ones that are good. There was one that was Carolina reaper and peach that tasted delicious. However it was also hot enough to make me pace and eat ice (milk’s flavor disgusts me so I use ice to ride it out) Edit: punctuation
