In the future, put your foot on the brake while bumping. That’s what I do. Makes it less violent & doesn’t rock the car. Also when you’re testing it in the pits, keep in mind your tires are spinning, when you’re on the track, they’re hooking so it’s gonna bump further in the prep.

My left foot is on the foot brake 😅 I need to figure out the settings and make it softer.
