Had to do this again. But fixed a few things in the process. Enjoy the video.

Are you the same Mr. Kutz I new from Grafenwöhr? Did you ever work for 69th Signal Bn before they folded their colors? (U.S. Army)

Hello sir! I’ve been following you for awhile now but have never commented. I’m almost certain I saw this car in Graf once while we were at gunnery. It was parked at the simulation center by the theater. Maybe.

James....100% correct. I driven this car (30 Ford Coupe) to Grafenwöhr, Germany many times. And yes, parked it outside the JMSC buildings for huge USAREUR-AF exercises when I'm TDY in the area.

Why not use the holts firegum assembly paste? Made specifically for sealing exhaust flanges. I use it on all my crap, works great. I can get it in holland so im sure you can get it in Germany. High temp rtv won't hold

You are right about the High TEMP RTV not holding long term. I did fix the main issue which was the flange mismatch that I didn't catch 13-14 years ago when I first built the headers. The overlap was millimeters but held all those years. It was only after my ceramic coating saga, that I fixed the origin of the actual problem. They are sealed good now. I'll keep everyone posted.

When r u going to get back to the 914 project, are you intentionally dragging your feet? Come on Roger, i look to you for both inspiration, application & cool ideas (that i can copy) so i can finish my LS powered 914. 🏁

Soon, I promise. I want to but too many things keep getting in my way. Like the Peugeot J7 I might buy, the 30 Ford Coupe exhaust, the 57 Oval Window bug.....and the list goes on.
