I have Tinitus too. When it got worse this summer, I found out that I had mild hearing loss. It's really annoying. I always listen to something before I go to bet. Thanks for the sauce review. Very interesting top 10 list.💜💜💜

I cut my beard off august 2023 after 25 years lol i kept it tied amd trimmed and was close to that long ,Had to get tattooea and beard was in the way lol

my tinnitus is about a 10k hz tone.. i also hear a low hum that sounds like an 18-wheeler coming from a distance, but never arrives. i agree that the tinnitus is or seems worse at times. i believe it is always there but our brains are just tuning it out when we don't hear it.
