Boomer is a cutie pie. He can barely keep his eyes open while you were setting up the stove. Then he totally split when you started cracking branches off that tree, lol, adorable. With all those dry leaves & fell rotting trees I'd be looking for snakes & big spiders. I guess tics too, but I really hate being surprised by a snake. Sorry, its Spring. Snakes get my attention quicker than a raccoon or a tic in that kinda environment where I'm from. They just seem to pop up this time of year as it warms up. Ohh, I love that double vestibule tent with a floor & complete zip around to keep out creepy crawlies, lol.

We are experiencing a sad time with a close member of the family extremely poorly in hospital and it’s hard to think of much else. I have been overlanding for 4 years now and have a basic vore brand tent. I've learned a lot about gear watching you and a few others. This tent is super interesting. Hey Jeremy! Technical question pls. How many battery do you usually use during an overnigh trip like this? I recently changed to MILC from DSLR like you. The camera is awsome, but the battery of the MILCs is terribly weak compared with the older DSLRs. Thanks
