great vid! yeah I got this one not too long ago, and I absolutely love it. For me, the biggest drawbacks are the articulation in the legs being quite poor, and whilst I haven't noticed staining or deterioration on the vest too much on mine, I agree with you, I think it would add to her dishevelled look! One of my favourite figures!

Amazing figure of one of my most fav character in Star Wars. . Felicity Jones was just perfect for this character . Also, this is one of hot toys best ever release in terms of accessories. So many options , The only thing is some of those straps does get detached especially that bandolier with age but nothing a fabric glue can't fix. Have both versions which I love but I do tend to lean to the disguise version slightly in terms of fav although doesn't come with much. Another awesome review. Star Dust would be proud mate . I love this figure. Only drawback is the few issues with the outfit deteriorating. My metal buckles have oxidized a lot too and look rusted. And the shirts have a lot of brown staining on mine from the vest. I look at it like you did tho, just consider it weathering. Overall the figure is stunning. The rogue one line was truly something else. Just got K2 In yesterday as well, just incredible these figures.

Yeah thought it was a common(ish) issue with the buckles and the staining. But yeah if I hadn’t seen photos of it looking pristine I legitimately would have thought it was weathering! I've wanted this one for a good while now. Prices tend to be quite high now but I have seen it for pretty good deal here and there. Unfortunately I've been OT grail hunting this year and its difficult to spend any more of the old collection fund on anything else. Proper amount of accessories for a deluxe. Great headsculpt. I agree that the staining and rusting on buckles actually add to the weathered look on this one. Defo one to pick up one day. Cheers mate. Congratulations on getting one.

It’s a great figure - very versatile, with loads of accessories and different looks. Got a killer deal on this deluxe version only a couple of months ago - £275 mint in box! Definitely a favourite in the collection. Would love to get the Imperial version but so expensive still and not so easy to find. Hopefully one day! I like it when you show a comparison in your videos, and also look back at older figures instead of just new releases. Cheers Chris!

Yes well worth it. I have her on my shelf with all the accessories on display around her. Criminal to leave them in the box. Paid a bit more after passing on release after the Foce Awakens figures i spent a small fortune on, fell through the floor after the dust settled, but it was Dean Knights brilliant reviews and showcase videos he did of her on here that i realised i just had to get her. Definitely worth it 👍

I really don’t get the oxidisation on the metal bits tbh, but it does seem to have happened to a lot of this figure for some reason! Maybe like you say it was a particularly humid time of year when they did certain batches of this or it was sat in a damp warehouse or something! Excellent Video again. I have both have this one posed in her hat and poncho atm with full sniper configuration of the rifle. My favourite is the imperial but this is up there in the top 10 of headsculpts in the collection. Looking forward to seeing your next video 👍🏻

The two Jyn figures are some of my favourites in my collection. I have owned this figure new since 2017 and would not sell it. I think the degrading in the costume does add nice weathering and adds to overall look.

Great video again mi lovely. I have the regular version of this, and it's amazing! A fellow Brummie too. Love how tiny she is. I did have a custom Jen before with a secondary head sculpt on that but this is leagues above. Picked up the cap and adapted that to fit the head that I have. The old custom one is now my Sabine.

Great figure great film, I do have the figure and like yourself have somewhat neglected the amount of looks you can have with her. Think you have inspired me to do a repose and show her at her best . I agree any battle damage or staining actually suits the figure so no worries there😀, Reposing gives figures a new life almost , think I will see what I can do with some of mine😂. Hey man! I’ve been collecting 1/6 for 20 years, starting with Dragon WWII figures, but only got into hot toys maybe 6 years ago. Sadly, Jyn was to be my first figure but I thought the price was nuts. 40+ figures later (classic eh?), I’m late to the Rogue One game, and wondering if picking up her and Krennic pre owned is worth it. Used for a Deluxe Jyn is $413. A new Krennic $484… thoughts? Cheers

It's difficult mate, I guess it just comes down to how much you really want/need them for your collection. I would definitely try and get Jyn as can't really see them remaking/reissuing her? I believe Krennic may be in Andor S2 though so we may see a reissue or newly designed Krennic based of that. But difficult to say isn't it! I basically sold all my collectibles to focus on Hot Toys so I was able to drop the cash on these figures and not be worried if they got reissued, as I wanted the first versions anyway! I have this figure and love her so much!! I think it is probably one of my faves in the collection, her outfit, face... Everything looks perfect. I also am biased because Rogue One is a masterpiece to me 😂 I filmed my unboxing on my channel, mine doesn't have the discolouration yet. But unfortunately, I think everyone that has this fig has had that problem, so it is just a matter of time.

Great review,I’ve got the standard version of the figure and I’m really pleased that I managed to get one,it’s becoming hard to get! Love the outfit and a great head sculpt especially considering it was released a few years ago! Only gripe is that the batton doesn’t fit tight in the hand and is very loose which is a shame.keep up the good work cheers

I always liked the prototype (the one seen on the box art) better than the final product. I bought it based on the prototype pictures when it was first announced, a bit disappointed after seeing it in hand. I hope HT revisits this one, giving it a better sculpt and the rolling eyes.

Good point, it doesn’t quite hit the levels of the prototype does it. I thought similar with the Farmboy Luke, the box art looks amazing but the figure not quite there (still love them tho!! 😀). Would be great if there’s an episode in Andor season 2 where the Empire start taking an interest in hunting Jyn whilst she’s in hiding. Might be a good excuse to reissue her. Absolutely love this version, the head sculpt looks great! So many great display options. I feel like that E11's stock is different from the regular ones, it looks like it has an extra bar to hold the end strait. I do the same and I display stuff and forget all the extras because I'm too excited to get it on display at the time.

Can you remember yours having a poncho? The deluxe includes the poncho and the hat and breathing apparatus and all the weapon (blaster pistol) attachments. I loved this figure from the second I saw it. I'm having 2nd thoughts though because of all the accessories you get. I'd want to use them all, at the same time. Maybe imperial Gyn is a better option.

Yeah the accessories are a tad overwhelming tbh Paul!! But there is also the standard version which does not come with the poncho and breathing apparatus and extra weapon parts etc. But yeah the Imperial disguise version is a lot more straight forward! 😀👍🏻

​​@@TK421Collectibles My Jyn arrived today. It was advertised as MMS405, the deluxe edition. What arrived is MMS404, which I'm guessing is the standard version. Her hat and breathing mask are not included. I'm OK with that. Sniper rifle also not included.

Yeah MMS404 is the standard edition. That is somewhat annoying that it was sold as the deluxe! But considering the price and the figures itself, you still got a great deal anyway, congrats! Glad you have it in the collection 👌🏻😃
