Thank you so much. I'm still struggling with my lightning, with loadshedding it's too dark inside 👀, outside there's too much light 😄 Sharing Information is all my pleasure 🌿🐞

Another fantastic video Ansa, you make a really good point about adding badly behaving FO or EOs to HP soap and they won’t seize or rice and adding slightly more will allow for some of the evaporation. Learnt something from you again 😃

The curing process takes for 4-6weeks is mandatory or not? I'm asking this question to know whether "it is true behind some research or a myth" because everyone bear on this without changing the number 4-6.. did u found anything in ur journey to support this..?

Curing time is not mandatory, the soap will be safe after 24 hours, but it will be performing better after a long cure. During the curing time extra water evaporates out of the soap, firstly it will result in a harder soap improving on the longevity of the soap, and as the water evaporates the soap molecules move closer to one another and forms a crystal structure in the soap, it will also foam better. Regarding a very long cure... I have soap that is older than 10 years, they are awesome, I only use them as an ultimate treat, it is definitely far better than just after I've made them. Edit: The two week difference between 4 to 6 weeks are the variable in time that will correspond with the amount of liquid you start with. An 1:1 water to lye soap will cure faster than a soap with a 1:2 water to lye ratio, hot process tends to have up to 1:3 water ro lye ratio, meaning it has double or more water content to evaporate.

@@saponify6677 @Saponify Wow well explained.. like u said now I'm using soap after 24hrs, it's good so far. By the time of longevity the soap hardened U said now another question arise here.. why water need for NaOH really, if water need to evaporate, 1.why we are not directly added NaOH to the oils? 2.why we are not oven the soap to evaporate faster ?
