A Case it the first case of the year. Q case is the last one. It let you know which mix of cars are in the case.

There are 15 cases each year, (No Case "I" or "O" as they look similar to numbers so, Q is final case for each year but, quite often A case will start to show up around October of each year. Each case letter will have certain Super Treasure Hunt allocated to them.
