Hot wheels Elite 64 Porsche 928 safari | unboxing and review

So I got this not because I wanted it but because I needed to bypass the website crash for the R34. But after opening it and looking at the fine detail, I must say Elite 64 is a true 1:64 toy line. I honestly prefer this over mini GT. Perhaps I will get a Mini GT and do a proper review but until then I really dig this Porsche 928 safari edition.

Mini GT Releases bomb after bomb, Mattel cant keep up in those terms of releases since it isnt their main product, but they are nice none the less. I have the Elite 64 Lambo and I love it.

I want to give props where it’s due, the elite 64 line is a great line. Deserves respect. A lot of the complaints with RLC has been solved with elite 64 starting with the lensed head/tailights and unique wheel design. The Toyota chaser is my personal favorite

Great review man, i would get this one but im waiting for the uncoming elite64 Bugatti Type 59. Hot wheels never do vintage race car releases like that and it looks awesome. i really love the look of elite 64. Its a better version of hot wheels premium and really competes with mini gt detail.

I honestly believe that this is a realism side to this line than other premiums or RLCS. I think I heard lamely say that these are real life cars and the elite 64 is 1:64 version of those cars. I think of them as replicas.

I get what mattel are trying to do, but its too little, too late for me. MiniGT and tarmac have some seriously good castings at a lower price point that blow elite64 out of the water

At $20 Hot Wheels Elite should be better ... especially for an non-licensed livery. IMO opinion, that is no where close to Inno64. Inno64 has 3X the detail, but also is more fragile. Similar comp. might be Tarmac Works Global64.

Then I guess that means I have to buy an INNO 64 and Mini GT and compare it with elite 64. Thanks for the comment

My 1st one will be the Datsun 240z, but have seen them all in detail due in part to the diecast camera club im in. They dont seem bad, but the price point compared to Minigt is why I would choose MiniGt over the elite64. I did enjoy the video style great video👍

Hello, I do not agree with you. These are very well done Hotwheels Premium (Elite) models . Thath's it. Mini Gt and Tarmac works are still a superior level..especially on the details and licenses in the real life.😊

You should buy and compare 101 an inno64 or minigt to an elite64, and then you will understand how lazy mattel is !
