I owned an 89 S-10 Blazer I built from a wreck one. Well to clarify I bought a wreck and about 3 months later I found a nice body and transferred the engine and transmission over in to the newly found body. 18 months later on a rainy night someone turned in front of me at a traffic light instead of yelding and I nailed him and it totaled it. So after I received a settlement plus kept the wreck. I went and bought a 1988 S-15 Jimmy 4x4 and drove it for one year. All while building yet another S -10 Blazer. This time it was an 87 Model. The interior was ragged out. So I transferred the complete wiring harness and computer engine and transmission exhaust system carpet seats and dash from the wreck to the new body. Once I got it completed I sold the 4x4 and started driving the Blazer. I drove it for about 5 years then sold it. I regret I sold it. That engine was one tuff engine. It survived 2 crashes and kept on ticking. By the way it was the big block V6. I only wish I had now all the cool cars and trucks I've had over the years. Classics for sure.

Vortex right? I hard they are pretty bulletproof. Sounded like a good truck!
