I have 920 lipos on my D6 counter. one side is always with a board doing 4-6 lipos. I traveled the world with mine and it works everywhere. its just the best value. Love wireless charging because often I need to top gopro or something else and then having the pad plus usb comes in super handy. Plus its easy to park the phone for short time and just lift and go flying.

I did year of travelling to competitions with it, now second year of COVID so field charging and home use. USB is handy for time tracking tablets, phones for racing too, wireless charging is great for phone use. By far the best value out there.

agreed, I had the Hota D6. I blew it up like an idiot, Bought the new DC only version of that, the P6, which is great - big fan of regen discharge, but the AC adapter in this is just nice and the size is perfect. I can charge a 2s battery at 10a and 2nd one a 5 amps which is more than enough for RC car at the track. best part is the scroll wheel. I'll be buying another D6 with AC to go with my P6... In fact.. going to buy one from RDQ right now. from your link. Not sure if you mentioned the wireless charging. which I didn't realize i'd miss so much.

Will this charge XT30 batteries? I have one of these and ordering 4S batteries for my geprcs cinelog 25 v2. But the batteries are XT30. I need to buy a separate charger right? Any recommendations for a dual charger like this one? Is it possible to just buy a cable adaptor?

I have this charger, but in black colour :-). I typically parallel charge 3 or 4 batteries in channel 1 and charge my goggle battery on the other. I dunno if it’s the best but it suits so many practical use cases and probably one of the best value for money chargers.

Quite happy with my ISDT Q6 Pro but I am in fact a balancing charging kinda guy, usually 6 packs at once (6s 1100-1250 so 10 amps or more should be fine for me). That said, I would love to have a dual channel charger instead of using my old cheap charger for 3s and the ISDT for 6s.

I have one cell giving me this reading _ . _ _ _ V and when I try to charge it said CH1 Error! Abnormal balncer port connection any ideas how to save this lipo using the d6 pro hota charge ?

Sounds like dead cell. If so there may be no saving it

@@JonE5FPV it was a low cell so I charged it with out balancing it and after 5 minutes I changed the settings to balance and it seems to be charging fine now.

@@JonE5FPV Do you have in videos or pictures of your charging set up in metal box ? I’m wanting to move up from 1s whoops but all the stores of danger of fire from bigger batteries has me very nervous. I don’t have a garage. I’m assuming storing batteries in cold temperatures is bad for them?

I have two of the Hobbymate D6 Duo Pro. Been using them for quite some time at home and I take one with me when I go fly. I'm using mine to charge several battery types and sizes; made lots of adapters for all the different batteries I have. Whether you get the Hobbymate or the HOTA they are the same charger. I did a review of the HM some time ago. Funny though, I was just thinking yesterday that I should do an update review to let people know how well it has been holding up, etc.. I may as well do the video since flying isn't an option in this crappy winter weather.

Mine makes a horrible grinding noise when it’s charging and customer service said if I pay to ship it back to them they will give me a partial refund lol I already turned off the wireless charging pad on top like they originally told me to do- did nothing... anyone else have this problem with it?

Likely the fan. That is the only thing that would make a grinding sound. Either the fan blades are hitting against something inside or the fan bearings are toast. Replacing the fan is easy.
