That is absolutely beautiful! I have a cart that's probably going to need a complete overhaul like that. Can you give me a ballpark figure what I can expect, when I finally find someone that can do all that?

Too many variables to estimate, I still struggle to charge fair enough for myself. Finding a welder, who plumbs and runs electric might be difficult so it might be different people doing the work.

Awesome job on the repair! I have a flat 4ft x 6.5ft aluminum cart that I want to use to build a HotDog cart out of. I need an axle for it first, then some type of towing tongue, before building up on the body! Any suggestions on the axle issue? Thanks in advance!

Definitely don’t under axle it, I’d want too much axle so when it’s loaded down with ice and water it’s not overloaded. If you match the lug pattern and tire size to the tow vehicle you can share the spare and old tires as you buy new ones for the tow vehicle!

Great idea, but I drive a 4X4 Chevy truck with 18's. An axle to fit those tires would be too wide for the trailer.

@@TheMongo1357 it all about the hub, look into a drop axle *buy the hub and axle separate just make sure they go together

Morning sir question for you. Im currently about to start upgrading the same cart you did by watchi g your video. Can you tell us more about the electrical components you installed and would you be willing to make a waste water tank for me that will accept minimum of 7 1/2 gal or more?

I have the exact same cart. I don't have that style front wheel. It has a jack that I can't adjust because the handle hits the propane tank. Do you remember the size of the front caster?

I have this cart, my hot water Come out to hot when burners are on. To keep the little wheel from Hitting ground I use a drop leaf hitch Put it up side down. My little wheel does not hit the road

Does yours have the same big wheel? A raised hitch would keep the big wheel off the ground but I like to keep trailers as level as possible and then the hatch on their SUV would strike tongue unless you remove it. It had the copper tube over the burner but the owner requested the water heater, someone had previously DIY’ed the water system who had no business.

@@Andrewactual I did but it broke But I still, have a smaller wheel. With my last car I use a raise hitch Upside down.,cart all way came off Car ,for business. Now with my van I have now. Every thing even.

What's wrong with your burners ? I just picked up the same cart burners were rusted to hell and wouldn't light ( well barely) if there cast iron soak them in 50/50 water vinegar overnight scrub with wire brush dry oil good as new, because the new ones are like $219 ea.
