That extra 1/2 + 1/3 space is a huge bonus. I only have a full size on my current cart and it's juggling act at times. The cart looks awesome. That shelf between the steam table and sinks is interesting addition I haven't seen before.
@HotDoggingwithDan4 жыл бұрын
Yeah... the shelf was a custom addition by one of the previous owners. I like it!

What are the concrete blocks for.? For weight to ride better?
@HotDoggingwithDan3 жыл бұрын
Yeah... I dont use them anymore. They were in there from the previous owner. He used them. The weight of the blocks caused the fuel line to crack, so I had to replace the burners and the fuel line. I havent used the blocks since the new burners were installed.

Can you show the feather flags that came with the cart? Does your water system operate? Pressure & heater? Excellent purchase. BEST WISHES Awaiting to see you out working the cart.
@HotDoggingwithDan4 жыл бұрын
I'll try to show the feather flags next time I pull them out. The battery for the water pump was dead when I bought it, so I wasn't able to get a full run out of it, but there was barely just enough juice to push a little water through the sink, so I know it works, but not sure about pressure. Still to be determined.

Theirs no right or wrong way to set up a a steam table like that. It can be set up anyway you want. I do my big pan far left with big dog's ( mainly because I was told that burner gets the hottest)and my next size down gets regular dog's then my spillage is cheese and chilli with bread on the far right. I turn my bread pan lid sideways or otherwise the bread gets soggy. But I may change things up to see what's the best way. Can't wait to see what works for you!

Why do you keep the cinderblocks in your cart what’s the purpose?
@HotDoggingwithDan3 жыл бұрын
I dont. I took them out. The previous owner used them to add weight while towing to limit sway.

Yeah but he's got a personality that sells. I'd say he'll have two more cart's before I get mine really going good! I was at the ballpark for 3.5 hours tonight and only made 225, so it was pretty bad, but I had fun and working for yourself is the best, I love it! So funny I had kids from the neighborhood coming up to see what's cooking! That grill on low is just smoking and putting barbecue smell's everywhere 😁
