we stayied in this hotel in march on arriving the TV was broke the sink plug was broke and all week it rained we asked the hotel 4 times to put the heating on and they didnt. i had to wear my jeans and bobble hat in bed. instead of them putting the heating on we was offered extra blankets ... my mum is 84 years old and it wasnt plesant for her the cold.... in the breakfast and dinner room there is a microwave to heat your food up as there is no hot plates.. we had to phone down almost every day for our room to be cleaned.... it was not a plesant stay i doubt we will stay in this hotel again they are just out to give you as less as possible to get profit ,, used to be able to control the heating in the room from the thermostat but now they put no heating on at all ,, in the winter they put heating on at 3am in the morning when it should be on all night.....

@@DavesMonitor Oh no, it sounds like you had a really bad experience. It’s always so disappointing when a holiday doesn’t live up to expectations. We’ve definitely had a few bad experiences over the years. Sorry to hear this and we hope your future trips are much better! Do you have any other holidays planned?

5.50 for a pint seems steep! What was the price of a pint outside of the resort?

Sorry but I don’t know, we didn’t have any pints. We found the hotel and resort to be very reasonable overall. 👍

drinks in the hotel are well over priced 1 or 2 euros more than outside the hotel for drinks

@@DavesMonitor we found the drinks reasonable for a hotel bar, but then we are from London so everywhere seems reasonable to us I think! Lol 😂
