Your best bet seems to be to go to the Hotel Gracery's Japanese website (not the English one), use Google Translate to convert it to English, and then reserve it through that.

Hi all, Sorry - didn't see this beforehand. I booked in a really confusing way (using a Japanese friend and several emails) as the hotel wasn't even fully built when I enquired. I think now you can still only get it through the Japanese version of the site. Best bet, try and find someone who can speak Japanese to help ;-) Hope it all works out!

Vex Doppel No problem! About £200 if I remember rightly. Worth every penny!! Aside from the room's amazingniess, you get about £50 worth of freebies, a fantastic view and the location is perfect.
