A long time ago I had thought about a somewhat curious character, since she would be the first sinful girl to enter hell (although she would be known throughout the ring by that title, she is not really the first), however, I had imagined her story. along with husk and how it would end up being a father and daughter relationship (I wanted to take inspiration from the 2016 Annie movie). However, although I would like to be able to integrate her into your story, I don't know how I could do it, because yes or yes in the lore of my oc she must meet husk, it is like her canonical event 😅

I felt they had the whole war with heaven was way too soon. let’s say hazbin has 3 seasons, you start off with getting to know the main characters and such as Charlie promotes the hotel, then in season 2 we meet the vees and the story gets more intense and this build up continues until season 3 when we meet up with heaven. I never understood why the angels were introduced first as villains while the vees are treated as final bosses when it should’ve been the other way around, that part just bugs me and how I’d personally write it if I was in-charge.

Exactly, like the rising tension doesn’t feel right to me, for idea would be it should’ve been some sinners willing to take advantage of the redemption, Then the Vees trying to sabotage the hotel out of the spite, then the war with the heavens because of the hotel’s abilities.

I'll always stand by the fact i think the dirst episode of hazbin should've been the season finale. All through the season you see Charlie trying, you see the characters slowly growing on eachother and STARTING to get better. And then in the last episodes... she gets a chance to show her work, and we're greeted by... Adam, and when Charlie sees that heaven may not be as pure as she thought. She rethinks her whole philosophy. (In general i would change most of the worldbuilding. And Charlie, being born in hell, would have an overly nice view of heaven, despite her dad's warnings.

And Zestial has a point when he said "we do not know how this angel perished." Of course her attitude could also be a front to hide that she secretly wants the Overlords to go into battle prematurely to ensure that they're the only ones left standing while the V's take over Hell.

Yay the video is out. I really like all the designs and the stories around them. Makes me really wish this was the show we got. You don't know how happy I am you posted- and yeah, I wish the first season would havs been more...character focused rather than plot. It felt like all of the character development happened off screen- even though that was the whole premise of the show. I also think Vizie tried way too hard to shove in as many characters as possible, making it impossible for us (the audience) actually get to know the main cast. I am 100% sure that if people wouldn’t have been obsessing over Hazbin they wouldn't have liked the series as much as they have. My friend who has barely interacted with any Vivzie stuff was so confused about the plot. So yeah, while there are a lot of great ideas I feel like Vivzie missed the point of her own show ^^"

It would be cute if Lilly in this universe was canonically bisexual and had a small preference for women, and Lou was also bisexual but he had a small preference for men. I LOVE when shows/media have one brother and one sister who are both interested in the same gender for whatever reason. It’s also cute how you made Lou shorter than Charlie, and still has her kind traits showing on his face. Also there is the parallel to their parents and how Lilly is sort of a reflection of her mother except she’s fighting for redemption for humanity, and Lou on the other hand is basically obedient to his father and serves as a reflection of him being and wanting to fight for his father and the injustice done to him, and how how he dislikes sinners. I could actually imagine Lilly sort of having a resentment towards her father that she doesn’t want to say because of how much it could hurt him, like, blaming him or saying that he played a large role in the reason behind humanity being doomed, and all of this suffering, death, and hardship being because of his pride. While Lou believes deep down it’s the HUMANS faults for choosing to be evil while being gifted, and knowing the difference between good and evil. Also it would be cute if Lou had a bf like how Charlie has a gf so their parallel is more clear. As long as it’s at the same level of niceness as Lilly’s. Oh god, wouldn’t it be interesting if Lou’s bf was actually a SINNER and NOT a hellborne or fallen angel? It would ramify everything, kind of. Wait, no that twist would be basically Lilly’s gf’s twist, never mind. Also I don’t think Lilith or Lucifer would be homophobic in the slightest. I feel like something that could show Heaven’s inherent inequity would be by reclaiming the idea that “being gay is a sin” so gay people have to be extra good when they are alive to get into heaven. That and women, people of color, disabled people, and the poor would also have to try harder to get into heaven. It would make sense as well I think, because Hell in the show has about an equal gender ratio when it comes to sinners, even when women, NOT ALWAYS MIGHT I ADD, have statistically done less murders than men, or other bad crimes. (I’m not saying that them committing the crimes is less or more wrong, I’m just stating the cases I’ve seen and real world statistics) so, I think, that a large portion of minorities in this universe are being sent to hell but it’s because they were judged with a bias somehow. (I’m not excusing anything they’ve done) and characters could bring up the unfairness of the judgement system if they ever have a moment with elder angels or anything else. God, there’s so much to think about and play with in this AU… I love it. Please do more.

This is amazing! My mind is already thinking of fanart.... I love that in this, we get to see the other aspects of the other rings, even though it is with the sinners unlike with Hazbin. Not to mention... Viv said she wants Hazbin to go on for 8 seasons in a recent podcast, saying it should go as long as Bojack Horseman since it was her biggest inspiration into making adult animation. The story though was not paced for such a future, more like it was only meant for three seasons. I genuinely love the way you're making this and the genuine differences between Lily and Charlie, Iris and Vaggie, and Husk and Max. If I ever were to successfully make my dream animation studio this sure would be one I'd want to happen for sure.

I'm making designs for the voices from slay the princess (Absolutely incredible game if you like existential nonsense about death and change), but I was procrastinating because... honestly, it just be like that sometimes, but seeing so many varied designs all lined up just got my brain going! Well husk is still apart of the project but hes an outside character that'll help the cast from time to time I mostly Chose characters that wanted to change or had more of a head start if that makes sense
