In this week's video, we made our way to downtown Phoenix, AZ to check in at the historic Hotel San Carlos. Built in 1928 in place of what used to be Phoenix's first school. the San Carlos Hotel is Phoenix's longest operating hotel that's been host to many thousands of guests throughout its years; including the likes of Marilyn Monroe & Clark Gable.
Upon those visitors are stories of visitors that never left - such as the story of Leone Jensen, who leapt from the roof shortly after the hotel opened and is said to still walk the halls to this day.
We're "believe it when we see it" type of people, and we've stayed at all sorts of "haunted" hotels over the years - The Queen Mary, Copper Queen Hotel, Hotel Del Coronado, The Inn at Castle Rock, and even the Jerome Grand Hotel, a former hospital where thousands of patients perished. We have yet to experience anything explicitly paranormal, but that's certainly not our goal with these videos/stays. We love the history and character that an old historic hotel brings. So in this video, we'll be focusing on the character/charm of the hotel, but we did make sure to take a creepy walk around at night ;)

These two crack me up. Yes, that Hotel is an infamous haunting hotspot in Downtown. Of course, there are other old landmarks downtown that are haunted as well. Like the Orpheum Theatre, Chase Bank, Old courthouse, Luhr Tower, and so many more.

I had a apparition appear in front of me in the pool and balcony area. It was this thick whitish mist that drifted from left to right then vanished up in the air within 6 seconds. Then we had a experience with the elevator. Me and my friend got in to go to the 7th floor. We hit 7 but it took us down to the Basement area where NOBODY GOT ON. THEN IT WENT BACK UP AND STOPPED ON THE 3RD AND 4TH FLOOR WHERE AGAIN NOBODY GOT ON. I decided to get out a take the narrow stairwell stairwell which was creepy as hell. It felt like I was being watched
