this hotel reviews really bad on trip advisor but looks lovely in your videos, did you have a any issues or concerns during your stay? i’ve booked to go later this year but i’m now panicking due to the negative reviews!

Hi, we went during August and it was lovely! We really enjoyed it and made some great memories there. I think a lot of things depends on the time of year you booked it as I know the pool section is closed I think Oct - April. So you have to be careful when you book it for. Also make sure you look at what’s on the notice board at the front. We didn’t even see it until a day or two before we were leaving so missed a lot of the events because we didn’t know the times. I think the only thing which was not good was the kids club, they only had colouring pages and uno to play. Nothing much else, but there were plenty of other things to do at the time of year we went x
