The 2 things I like best about these kinds of buses are the rounded parallelogram shaped windows and I also liked how the windows would open big unlike the buses of today where they only open a little bit at the top these would have been the perfect buses except for 3 small flaws 1. one of the back windows on one side couldn’t be opened 2. they weren’t accessible (not that’s a problem for me mind you) and 3. when you pulled the stop cord or pressed the stop button they didn’t have that little red sign that would light up and say “Stop Requested” but they would still ding though but otherwise they were great buses especially for those rounded parallelogram shaped windows and that was my favourite part of those buses was the shape of the windows and because of the shape of the windows is how parallelograms became one of my favourite shapes

They were not broken down. They were paused on a charter.

Kevin Mueller Hi Kevin, what was the charter about? I’m familiar with that area since 1999 since my local parish, St. Rose of Lima (in its original state), took part of the WYD 02 festivities.

wmata metro need to rebuild dc transit gmc fishbowl buses,wma transit gmc fishbowl buses,alexandria barcroft &washington transit gmc fishbowl buses and wvm coach transit gmc fishbowl buses and created metrobus again they need to take the old fare box out and put the malfunctioning smartrip box on all vintage metrobuses and update for all routes for D.C. MD. VA AND Charles County Maryland.
