I was a bit peeved about the water and fries. As a chef, it is your job to prep the kitchen and set it up in a way that helps you get things done quickly and efficiently when cooking comes along. I'm not a professional chef but I have been told that again and again when doing anything, including cooking for my family. I even took initiative when stuff in the BBQ started catching fire, taking the entire day to empty it and clean it out! And I rarely use the BBQ! Why is a bucket of dirty water there that you use for cleaning the fries?! That's the opposite of cleaning them!

One morning I was walking away from the hot plate and some one sneezed right on my plate which made me less than impressed and then I thought maybe this guy has sneezed over the other food. Having said that, I was in a food queue at a cook house and the chef/server who was plating up the food on my plate sneezed on my plate as he was plating it up and handed it to me with a smile...I was flabbergasted. There is a guy who reviews cruise ships, Don I think his name is and he has some nasty buffet stories. In days of old when people were considerate of others, I believe they were great, but these days with the ignorant inconsiderate people, they are not so nice. Hate to think how they will be in the future. Stay lucky, stay away from them.
